Always take care to think wisely about your next action, especially when you know you like to enjoy alcoholic beverages and prefer to use your own vehicle for transportation.
Last week in New Mexico a young lady, Gabrielle Moya who was out on bond for her 1st DWI offense, made the same mistake again. This time she ran a red light resulting in the death of a motorcyclist.
According to KOAT News, this is Moya’s 2nd DWI arrest in a month’s time, likely leading to motivate the presiding judge to consider her a danger to the public “particularly when behind the wheel of a vehicle”, the judge stated.
